Dear Mr. McCarver:
Pursuant to your letter of December 4, 1985, regarding a
median opening on Parkway Boulevard, we see no need for an
opening at the present time. At such time as lots are
developed in the area, then we would be in a better position
to approve median openings. Until that time occurs, we see
no advantage to approving an openin that appears to be
useless at this point in time.
