Dear Mr. Sweeney:
Please find enclosed the materials listed below submitted
on behalf of SBS Venture for a preliminary plat on the above
noted project.
1. One (1) copy of subdivision application;
A check in the amount of $660 for preliminary
plat fee ($100 plus $4/Lot);
3. Fifteen (15) copies of preliminary plat;
Fifteen (15) copies of preliminary water,
sewer, and drainage layout; and
Fifteen (15) copies of preliminary drainage
area map.
Exception to the subdivision rules and regulations and
zoning ordinances requested by SBS Venture the developer are as
follows:
1. Preliminary plat scale: 1"2200'. This site :
is too large to be shown on a regular single
sheet larger than 1"=200';

The attached preliminary plat assumes that the required

Coppell Road. Additional right-of-way dedication at inter-
sections is not proposed.
Please place this plat on the next Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting agenda scheduled for December 20, 1984.
