CISD Driveway Improvements at Station 20 + 30
Dear Mr. EchoIs:
As part of the City of Coppell Wrangler Drive Reconstruction Project, the Coppell Independent
School District requested that the City reconstruct the driveway at the northeast comer of the
Coppell Middle School West property located on Wrangler Drive. By working with Mickey
Harper, Director of Maintenance for CISD, the driveway improvements were determined.
Before construction can begin an interlocal agreement between the City of Coppell and the
Coppell Independent School District needs to be executed. As soon as our attorney has prepared
the agreement, a copy will be forwarded to you for your review. The interlocal agreement should
be similar to the agreement executed last fall for work performed at the Coppell Middle School
West parking lot.
Attached is a copy of a letter from Teague, Nall and Perkin~q, consulting engineer on this project,
showing the quantities for the proposed driveway improvements. Also included are the bid items
showing the cost breakdowns.
