by Pacific Land and Development Co. Located on the North
Side of Sandy Lake Road, West of the Elm Fork of the Trinity
River and South of Denton Creek.
Dear Ms. Damesmond:
As requested we are submitting the Land Study fee for the
referenced property. Our understanding is that this fee is
$100.00 plus $1 per acre. Since the property is just under 19
acres we wrote the check for $119.00. (enclosed)
