The City of Coppell Engineering Department, has reviewed
the Site Grading Plan dated March 14, 1987. Since your
Flood Insurance Study Revision of the Elm Fork of the Trinity
River in Coppell, Texas has been approved, as the best
available data, by Federal Emergency Management Agency
(FEMA), as of December 12, 1986, we have no objection with
placement of fill as proposed on the Site Grading Plan.
To obtain a Grading Permit, prior to construction, please
contact Dale Jackson, Building Official, City of Coppell
at 214-462-0022.
