RE: License Agreement with Catellus Development Corp.
Gateway Business Park II, Block B, L1 CAI & Block C, Lots 1 & 2
Attached to this memo is a License Agreement to allow Catellus Development Corporation to
install and maintain three concrete paver intersections, landscaping in the median and other
landscaping and irrigation as shown on the attached exhibits A through N. This information was
shown on all site plans that progressed through the Planning and Zoning and City Council.
In discussion with Bob Hagar, City Attorney, it is his opinion that City Council has given approval
for this agreement by virtue of approving the sites plans that have progressed through the City. Mr.
Hagar has indicated that you can sign this without any further Council action.
If you have any questions concerning this I will happy to discuss them with you. If not, please sign
and return the attached License Agreement.
