COM3~NT STATI. IS:
1. Need TxDOT approval for street connection into S.H. 121 bypass frontage road.
2. It may be necessary to modify the street intersection at southeast corner of school
property.
3. A deceleration lane needs to be provided on the S.H. 121 bypass frontage road at the street
on the west side of the development.
