RE: Vista Properties, Existing Water and Sewer
Dear David,
The City of Coppell Engineering Department has recently completed a review of the
referenced facilities. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to irmal
acceptance.
1. Replace valve stack on main line valve at S.H. 121 and Denton Tap.
2. Pour pad on valve to second fire hydrant east of Denton Tap.
3. Third Fire hydrant east of Denton Tap leaks at bottom section.
4. Adjust valve stack on main line valve at Ridgemont.
5. Fifth fire hydrant east of Denton Tap leaks at bonnet.
6. Seventh fire hydrant needs new pumper cap.
7. Eleventh fire hydrant leaking from bottom.
8. Twelfth fire hydrant leaking from bottom.
9. Replace Lewisville manhole covers on existing sewer and regrout ring and covers.
10. Install chimney seals and rain pans on existing manholes.
