Dear Jimmy,
The water and sanitary sewer facilities in the above referenced addition were inspected during
construction by the City of Coppell Engineering Depamnent and were installed according to the
plans and our specifications governing such work.
As of the above date, the facilities are accepted subject to the two-year maintenance agreement.
