The City of Coppell Engineering Department has completed a walk through of the referenced
project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance.
1. Sanitary sewer line 'A', Station 4 +32 tighten bottom band on chimney seal.
2. Sanitary sewer line 'A', Station 9 +32 tighten bottom band on chimney seal.
3. Sanitary sewer line 'A', Station 10 +01 tighten bottom band on chimney seal.
4. Reseed south side of levee.
5. Sanitary sewer line 'D', Station 0 +00 compact soil around manhole.
6. Sanitary sewer line 'D', Station 5 +00 compact soil around manhole.
7. Sanitary sewer line 'D', Station 10 +00 compact soil around manhole.
8. Sanitary sewer line 'D', Station 10 +66 compact soil around manhole and tighten bottom
band on chimney seal.
9. Sanitary sewer line 'E', Station 4 +15 install chimney seal and rainpan.
10. Sanitary sewer line 'F', Station 2 +55 install rainpan
11. Sanitary sewer line 'F', Station 5 +7 install rain pan.
12. Repair leak on east side of Denton Tap, south of S.H. 121 Bypass.
13. Paint appropriate lettering on curb at valves, manholes, etc.
14. Properly insulate air release valve.
15. Following repair of the leak noted in item #12, the fire hydrant and valves along the
south side of Spur 553 must be checked.
16. Deficiencies on the existing water and sewer lines must be addressed.
Please notify this office prior to beginning these repairs, so that we may have an inspector
present.
