BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this date personally appeared Kenneth Griffin,
P. E., known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed hereto, and, being by me first duly
sworn, upon oath deposed and stated as follows:
"My name is Kenneth Griffin. I am over eighteen (18) years of age, have never been
convicted of a felony and am competent and capable of making this Affidavit. I have personal
knowledge of the facts stated herein and they are true and correct.
I am the City Engineer of the City of Coppell, Texas, a duly incorporated home-rule
municipality, chartered and incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas. Attached hereto are
the records from the files of the City of Coppell City Engineer Department. These records are kept
in the regular course of business and pursuant to the authority of the City of Coppell City Engineer
Department and are records maintained pursuant to law.
Further, it was the regular course of the operation of the business of the Coppell City
Engineering Department for employees and representatives of the City of Coppell Engineer
Department, with knowledge of the acts, events, conditions, and opinions recorded to make record
and to transmit information thereof to be included in such record, and the record has been made at
or near the time or reasonably soon thereafter in connection with the activity as set forth in this
Affidavit. The records attached hereto are the originals or exact duplicates of the originals.
