]1) Ten dowels missing from existing slab.
2) Panel dowels not tied.
3) All areas need to have dirt removed from existing
concrete.
4) Dowels from existing slab need to be strainghtened.
The noted deviations were reported to: Bruce with Raymond Construction
The noted deviations were corrected.
The reinforcing steel placed at the above referenced locations was observed with
respect to the referenced portions of the contract documents.
