RE: Vistas of Coppell Development Fees
Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone conversation concerning an accounting
of the development fees as established by the Water, Sanitary Sewer and Alternative
Drainage Improvement Agreements approved by the City Council on April 23, 1996. The
initial agreement set up credits against future impact fees on the Vista property as follows:
1) Water Improvement Credit - $304,200; 2) Sanitary Sewer Improvement Credit -
$75,150; and 3) Alternative Drainage Improvement Credit - $145,000.
Five phases of the Vistas have now been developed. The following represents an accounting
of the original development fees. As per the agreement, the drainage improvements are to
be used to offset any Roadway Impact Fees.
