Conditional acceptance for maintenance of drainage improvements
South of S.H. 121 Bypass
Dear Mr. King:
For some time now the City of Coppell has had ongoing conversations with representatives of
Vistas Properties, Inc. concerning the transfer of drainage improvements south of S.H. 121
Bypass from the City of Lewisville to the City of Coppell. It is my understanding that we are
nearing an agreement on the transfer of those facilities to the City of Coppell. This letter is
written as confirmation that once those drainage improvements, identified on attached Exhibit
A, have been conveyed to the City of Coppell, we will accept them for maintenance by the City
of Coppell.
