UTILITY CROSSINGS IN VISTA RIDGE (S.H. BYPASS)
CITY OF LEWISVILLE/COPPELL
DALLAS AND DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS
Dear Murray:
Attached are plans for sanitary sewer crossings. One crossing is located across Denton Tap Road,
north of the proposed S.H. 121 Bypass (Sanitary Sewer Line "F") and the other crossing is at
Ridgemont Drive (Sanitary Sewer Line "D").
We would appreciate permission to make the above mentioned crossings. The City of Coppell
will own and maintain the facilities upon installation.
Please contact Mr. Ken Griffin, P.E., City Engineer, if you have any City related questions.
Please contact me during the review process if you have any questions. The plans are currently
being bid. We would anticipate beginning construction around the first week in July.
