We have been advised that you were appointed as the Special Commissioners in the
above-referenced condemnation proceeding. Please find enclosed copies of the Order
Appointing you, a copy of the Order Setting the Hearing before Special Commissioners, a copy
of the Oath of Special Commissioners, a copy of the Notice of Hearing before the Special
Commissioners as well as a copy of Plaintiff's Original Petition. Please be advised that Plaintiff
and Defendant have conferred and reserved the dates August 10th, 1 lth and 12th for a hearing in
this matter. If the Commissioners are able to hold the hearing on any of these days, please
complete the Notice of Hearing form and the Order Setting the Hearing and mail copies to both
