Re: Utility easement at
Village of Cottonwood Creek
1/08/97
Mr. Stevens,
Per our conversation on Jan. 7th, we are requesting that
the city of Coppell abandon the 7.5ft. utility easement that
runs along the flood plain line on the east side of the sub-
division. This request is so that we may be able to erect a
storage building at 21-8.Winding Hollow as part of a remodel
project we have contracted for at this address. Attached is
a copy of the recent survey we had done, with the proposed
building drawn on to show location and the subsequent encroah-
ment into the easement. It is our understanding that at this
time no utilities of any kind are within this easement. Please
try to secure the proper letters from the utility companies
so that this matter might be resolved at the January 28 th.city
council meeting, as time is an issue with respect to our
contract. In advance, we appreciate all of your help on this
issue.
Thank You,
Mike osephson

Therefore, the 7.5 ft. x 80.0 ft. easement valuation is $12.00.
