Re: Asbury Manor
Dear Mr. Martin:
This letter is written as a follow-up to my conversation with you concerning silt
within the channel north of Westminster Way in Asbury Manor and the lack of
positive flow through the channel. During the course of conversation, there was
discussion as to whether or not silt from the City's project had entered the
channel or rather it was an ongoing situation which was noted before the start of
construction of the City's project.
In an effort to discuss this matter further and to hopefully arrive at a solution to
the situation, the City is offering to host a meeting between yourself, Fred
Phillips and the City of Coppell to discuss this matter in greater detail.
Please contact me at 972/304-3686 with times and dates which you would be
available to meet. Thank you for your consideration of this offer and I look
forward to hearing from you in the very near future.
Sincerely,
Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E.
