Dear Mr. Phillips:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone conversation on November
7, 2001 and the information faxed to your office on November 7, 2001. The
information faxed to your office was a copy of a letter written concerning
deficiencies in an alley in Castlebury Court. In the letter I wrote to you in
August 2001 I gave much greater detail concerning the inadequacies of the alley
as constructed. To date, I have heard no follow-up from you concerning the
resolution of this issue.
Please respond to me at your earliest convenience on the timetable of the
resolution of the issue associated with the alley. If you should have any
