On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for drilled pier observation. HBC's technician arrived at the jobsite at 7:30 a.m. The superintendent with Pacific Builders informed HBC's technician to standby while he called the drilling company. A visual reobservation (refer to Structural Steel Observation Report #94011204.0057, dated 11/09/01)was conducted on the Roof Level Framing as noted below. 1. Girder to column and girder to panel connections were now found to be compliant except tails. 2. Joist seat welds were now found to be compliant except along line A. 3. Joist bridging was now found to be compliant except at tie-in to panels. 4. Beam to column and beam to seat connections still were found to be incomplete. 5.
