On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
structural steel observation. A visual observation was conducted on the Roof Level Framing between
lines 1 to 7 and A to D as noted below.
1. Metal deck installation, puddle welds and side lap screws were found to be noncompliant.
