Services: Structural steel observation.
On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
structural steel observation. A visual observation was conducted on the Roof Level Framing between
lines 1 to 7 and A to D as noted below.
1. Anchor bolts were found to be compliant.
2. Girder to column and girder to panel connections were found to be incomplete.
3. Joist seat welds were found to be incomplete.
4. Joist bridging was found to be incomplete.
5. Beam to column and beam to seat connections were found to be incomplete.
6. Welder certifications were unavailable for review.
7. Perimeter angle was found to be incomplete.
