Discrepancies/Comments: The following was noted at the time of observation.
1. Slab will be concreted with a laser screed. Chairs will be added at the time of concrete
placement.
2. Column leaveout diamonds are to be cut after concrete is placed.
3. Extra #4 reinforcing steel bars were added at 1 foot 6 inches from the center line on
four (4) comers.
