The Developer for Villages of Cottonwood Creek Section VI has completed the construction
of the modification of Clifton Court as described in the Developers Agreement for Villages
of Cottonwood Creek Section VI. I have attached a copy of the f'mal acceptance letter and
the developers agreement.
Therefore, please refund the escrow amount of $18,115.60 without interest to:

Pursuant to the Developers Agreement dated September 12, 1997. as well as a copy of
the Final Acceptance letter dated November 11, 1997. we respectfully request the
refund of the escrow amount ($18,115.60) without interest for lot development and
completion of the modification of Clifton Court.
We appreciate your assistance in this matter and please do not hesitate to call if you
have any questions. I have enclosed copies of the referenced documents for your
review.
