ihis is tc advise that Clifton Court which extends from Sec.A
Addition, Village at Cottomwood Creek onto my property being
a 26.8 acre tract in the ~homas L. Holland Survey.
The temporary easement granted to the developer of Cottonwood
Creek has been ~nva~idated due to nan-performance of Tiptcn
Engineering/ Pat Atk!ns.
~iptcn Engineering has been instructed to replace the fence
on my property line and this has been accomplished except far
that area that crosses Clifton Court.
By means of a copy of this -etter tc Tipton Engineering their
instructions are to remove the concrete cul-de-sac and -close
the gap in the fence forth w£th.
