acknowledgments and in one of the internal cross references. Please use the exhibits that were
delivered to you yesterday. As I have discussed with Rob Dillard and Mark Murray, the acreages
involved in Exhibit "A" (and consequently the various percentages) may change. Truman
Edminster with Carter & Burgess, Inc. is working on a new Exhibit "A" which needs to be
attached before the document is executed.
