Re: Assignment of Water Improvement Credits, Sanitary Sewer Improvement Credits and
Drainage Improvement Credits to Centex Homes ( "Credits ")
Dear Ken:
In accordance with the Development Agreements for Water, Sanitary Sewer and Drainage
Improvements dated April 24, 1996 between Vista Partners , a Nevada general partnership
( "Vista ") and The City of Coppell, Texas, Vista has certain Credits as confirmed by the City of
Coppell in the attached letter dated January 17, 1997
This letter shall serve as notice to the City of Coppell that Vista hereby assigns these Credits to
Centex Homes and that Centex Homes shall have all the same rights as Vista with respect to
utilizing these credits.
