Attached are copies of the exhibits that need to be attached to the Drainage Agreement. I have
proofed these documents and they look acceptable. However, if you have any questions or
suggestions to any of these exhibits, please let me know tomorrow.
In regards to our Water Agreement, Vista is in the process of finalizing an agreement with the City
of Lewisville that will cause Vista to construct a new water line north of the State Highway 121
Bypass to serve property within the City of Lewisville. In return, the City of Lewisville will convey
to Vista the twelve inch water line (previously constructed by Vista) identified in our Water Line
Development Agreement. The Agreement with the City of Lewisville should be finalized within the
next two weeks. However, I do not understand how the signing of this Agreement could affect the
signing of our Agreement.

morning.
