Dear Jamie:
This letter is to inform you tha~ your request for ~x~val- of Village a~ Cottonwood Creek,
Section VI, Re, fat of Lot 4, Block D, ~o ~move the building lines of Lot 4, Block D, located
on the south side of Hardwick Court and along the north side of Parkway Boulevard, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, February 13, 1996. The following
conditions apply:
(1) An amended homeowners agrcemeat must be submi~ea_ for City review; and
(2) revise the utility signature block, eliminating Southwestern Bell and Denton
County from the signature block because ~hey do not sign plats.
Plea.se be advised that no conslructioo may begin until fl~is replat has be~m filed with the I~ll~s
County Plat Records Dep~h~e~t. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months. If it has
not been submit~i to the Planning Department prior ~o August 13, 1996, the replat shall be
deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the at~ached checklist for the
requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats
