Dear Mr. Martin:
Accompanying are our responses listed in correlation to your comments dated November 10,
1995.
1) An easement has been forwarded to the City of Coppell. An additional copy is provided
with this submittal.
2) An original and two copies of the filed drainage easemem is provided with this submittal.
3) The owner is aware of this situation.
4) Additional erosion control has been added to the site. A check for $6,000 covering the
erosion control maintenance is also included in this package.
5) Additional earthwork on this portion of the project has been completed. ~ .... .": .....' ~, - :'
-" ~"~-. ~> .6) ~ 80 linear feet of handrail as shown on the accompa~,ing sketch will be constructed by
.. - ~'~ the end of 1995. A letter from the Homeowners Association stating they will maintain
the handrail is also provided.

8) Two sets of As-Built plans have been provided and the contractors have provided the
appropriate bonds.
