Jim Sowell Construction Co., Inc. as developer of the above-mentioned subdivision, will
maintain the handrails adjacent to the bike trail until the common areas axe conveyed to the
homeowner's association. Following conveyance of the common areas, the homeowner's
association will maintain the handrails.
