This site is currently zoned SF-7. The facility is to be a limited use facility for summer use only. The facility w'ill consist of a 30' x 60' pool and decking. There will be a small (less than 700 sq. ft.) bathhouse/pavilion that will be open-air. The pavilion will not be used tbr any meetings or purposes other than those associated with the pool. The grounds will be landscaped and enclosed with a 6' wrought iron fence. The single gate will be locked with a code entry system and will have a self-closing mechanism. The building will be equipped with an electric eye to provide adequate lighting at night to protect against vandalism. The architectural style of the building will be complementary to the existing walls in the project. Our goal is to add an amenity to the COUlmunity that is attractive, yet modest in cost and limited in its rise the swimming season. As a result of the p:~rk area and lake along Denton Creek that we built, we do not feel any playground or park area is necessary at the pool. The homeowners association will be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing operation of the facility. We appreciate your review of this proposal and look forward to your comments.
