Listed below are Street Division comments relative to 7-18-95 walk
thru. Please make sure the contractor has a copy.
* Approved set of "As Built" plans.
* Rout and seal corner break at Hampton/Parkway left turn at
median nose.
* Hampton/Parkway - small bird bath west side of intersection.
* Hampton - Lot 15. Rout and seal crub crack.
* Fair Land Circle - reseal curb saw cuts in circle.
* Fair Land/Graywood Lane. Reseal intersection on northside at
Fair Land dead end.
* Graywood Lane - Route and seal curb at Lot 28 adjacent sewer
cleanout.
* Graywood Lane/Pedmore Drive -- Possible bird bath southwest
corner.
* Pedmore Drive at Eye Brow -- Possible bird bath southwest
side.
* Gifford Lot 1 across from Pedmore -- curb ear missing.
* Gifford at Parkway -- Patch brick lug at sidewalk northwest
corner.
* Gifford/Parkway -- Reseal all of low spots in left turn lane,
including curb eastbound direction.
* Gilford/Parkway -- Westbound left turn direction where median
nose shortened, rout and seal corner break existing pavement.
* Gifford Lot 29, 28, 27 -- Possible bird bath.
* Hardwick Ct. -- Rout and seal alley return beside drop inlet.
* Gifford/Clifton Ct. -- Possible bird bath at southwest corner.
* Layton Drive/Loxley Drive -- Southwest corner, manhole crack
was routed -- needs to be sealed.
* Graham Drive -- Remove graffiti Lot 8.
* Hampton Drive Alley Lot 4 -- Rout and seal corner crack.
* Graywood Court Alley West and South needs cleaned out.
* All speed limit and no parking signs for westbound Parkway.
* Check and reseal redwood headers.
