Box 484 Keller, Texas 76244-0484 June 23, 1995 ~~ RE: Screening Walls~~ Coppell Dear Jimmie: ' ' Based upon our conversation of this afternoon, it would be my opinion that you could best serve the objectives of our Streetscape Ordinance as well as design guidelines established for other residential screening walls in Coppell by following the below listed suggestions: where the screening wall has an exposed foundation along Parkway Blvd., use the same brick as the screening wall to face the concrete foundation use the same stone material for the rest of your entry feature including the entry and the base of the brick screening wall along Coppell Road If your client wishes to use two different construction materials on these walls/entry feature we would encourage you to use all the same brick, and all the same stone. Thus, if a stone base is desired along Parkway Bird, instead of a brick veneer on the foundation, the same stone as is used on the entry and the foundation base along Coppell Road would be encouraged. I believe these comments clarify our conversation of earlier today. If you need clarification or further explanation, please feel free to contact me at your convenience. .t~truly' Gai:y L.
