The following is what we suggest as a remedy for all concerns: · Final CCRs will stipulate complete responsibility for th© screening wall and retaining wall as part of the HOA. · The water line along Parkway Blvd. ~ be avoided by add~'onal set-back when tho alley is not present. Adjacent to the alley, piers or spread footers will be employed to support the sot _e~ins wall on a cohunn to cohmm basis.
