Please find listed below the responses to the Development Review Committee meeting which was
held on March 23, 1995:
I. PLANNING DEPARTMENT COMMENTS:
No comments
H. ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT:
1. We have provided the signature block for the floodplain administrator.
2. We have shown the adjacent zoning.
3. We have eliminated the over length alley problem by providing an
additional s~reet intersection.
4. We have provided an offset for the original Hampwn Drive.
HI. DEVELOPER INFORMATION COMMENTS:
1. We have added a no~e to the replat that no building permits will be
permitted for Lots 36, 46 and 47, Block A, until grading of adjacent
property has occurred.

IV. BUILDING INSPECTION COMMENTS:
1. We have revised street locations.
V. FIRE DEPARTMENT COMMENTS:
