COMMENT STATUS: ,,'PRELIMINARY
1. Site plans must be on 24" x 36" sheets as per Subdivision Or dinanee.
:2. Driveway location on the S.H. 121 Bypass fi'ontage road must be approved by the Texas
Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Also, driveways on Highland Drive and S.H. 121
Bypass must meet the City of Lewiswille requirements.
3. The proposed deceleration lanes must be a minimum of 100' long with a 100' transition.
4. Impact fees will be required.
5. A 5' sidewalk will be required on Denton Tap Road.
6. Dimension driveways.
7. A full median opening will not be allowed for driveway on Denton Tap Road. Only a restricted
left mm lane will be allowed.
8. Right-of-way needs to be dedicated for deceleration for Highland Drive.
