Tipton, Inc. 6330 Belt Line Road, Suite C Garland, Texas 75043 RE: Villages of Cottonwood Creek VI Dear Mr. Hovas: During the plan review process, we had discussions regarding the need of slope easements on the adjacent property to the north and west which as yet has not been resolved. At the February 3, 1995 meeting with Ken Griffin, City Engineer, Tom Wise, Pat Acker and myself, we were provided grading plans for the adjacent property but we have not received a signed letter from the property owner verifying his approval. Because this issue has not been resolved and because other issues have come up, this letter is to inform you that as of Friday, March 10, 1995 the Villages of Cottonwood Creek Section VI project will be shut down unless the following item is addressed or resolved: slope easements on adjacent property to the north and west are provided with the written approval of the property owner. Also, the following items need to be resolved: 1) the 90" RCP storm drainage pipe needs to be extended into previously constructed lake on the north end of the development; 2) a weir outfall structure for lake should be provided; 3) the ditch on the west side of the developmem running north into adjacent property needs a temporary grading easement; 4) you need to follow-up on the location of the existing 16" water line on the north side of Parkway Blvd. in referemce to the proposed screening wall. Richard, I know we have had telephone conversations in the past about some of these issues but it is important that these issues be resolved as soon as possible.
