As you know Legend Construction Inc. has the utility contract on
The Villages of Cottonwood Creek-Section IV Addition in Coppell
Texas. Due to extreme wet weather conditions the last several
weeks it is necessary that we work this Saturday, January 21st,
1995. We will be installing sewer line at this Job site and
agree to pay any overtime charges. Please consider this letter a
formal request to work.
