Screening Wall, Landscaping & Irrigation Plans
Dear Mr. Hovas:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Address the sight visibility concerns in regards to the placement of the screening wall.
Refer to the City's Sight Visibility Ordinance #90496.
2. The screening wall shall match and/or transition with screening wall proposed for
Copper Stone Subdivision at the east end of the project.
3. Use the City's standards for meters and double check valves. If you have any questions
contact Howard Pafford, Utilities Superintendent at 462-8495.
4. Address the 90" storm sewer outfall pipe in regards to the impact it could have on
common area (refer to last sheet).
5. Address the comment made by Gary Sieb, Planning Director, regarding proposed plant
material (refer to sheet L-2). Also, provide a plant material list as he requested on the
last sheet of the plans. If you have any questions contact Mr. Sieb at 462-0639.
Ihere are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
