Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $275,301.10 and forward it to Alan Johnson. Finance Director, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment List. A copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract for this project will need to be provided to our department so the construction inspection fee can be verified. Water Impact Fee: 184 - 5/8" x 3/4" Domestic Meter/s = 184 ESU's 1 2" Irrigation Meter/s = 8 ESU's Total 192 ESU's ~ $650.00 ea = $ 124,800.00 100% due prior to Council approval of the final plat. Development Fees Page 3 Park Fee For those developments having preliminary plat approval prior to June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: Residential Lots at $150.00 each = $ ~ 600 Units (Multi family) at $75.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer; prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued. For those developments having preliminary plat approval after June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: Residential Lots at $350.00 each = $ Units (Multi-Family) at $350.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued.
