RE: Prestwick Addition Lots 6,7,8,9 and 10, Block A
During the development of the Prestwick subdivision, the developer approached the City about
delaying the site grading on Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block A. These lots are generally located at the
end of the cul-de-sac. The five lots in questions have numerous trees on them and the developer
would prefer to leave the option to the homebuilder on how best to work around the trees to save as
many as possible during the construction of the homes. However, there is still a need during the
construction of the homes to insure that the correct drainage patterns are placed on each lot.
Therefore, I would request that no building, permits be issued on Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10, Block A
until the Engineering Department has reviewed and approved the individual lot grading plan
submitted to you by the builders.
