Dear Ken:
The following pads have been verified to be within +/- 0.3' of the elevation listed on the
approved construction plans:
Block A - Lots 1,2,3,4,5,11 and 12
Block B - Lots 1,2, and 3
As per the approved plans, the home builder will be responsible for building the pads on
Block A, Lots 6-10. The pad verification will be the responsibility of the home builder at
time of new home construction.

Re: Drain Pipe and Yard Drains Between Lots 9 & 10 and Yard Drains on Lots 6 & 7
Dear Ken:
As per the approved plans, the homebuilder will build the pads on the above
reference lots. Therefore, I would like to request that the homebuilder install the
drainpipe and yard drains on the above reference lots at the time of new home
construction. The drainpipe between lots 9 and 10 will be installed in a fashion as not
to disturb the existing tree root structure (See plate 5 and 7 of approved plans).
