Dear Mr. Laterza:
Based on the information you provided in our telephone conversation on November 28, I
reviewed the Sandy Lake Road plans with regard to NWP 14. The proposed road
crossing at the confluence of the drainage channel and Denton Creek meets all of the
criteria applicable to NWP 14. Please disregard my October 15, 2001 request to review
the plans with regard to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and make a determination as
to the need for a permit.
