Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with
a copy of' the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development. The fees
have been assessed based on the information you faxed to me on May 24, 2001.
These fees are subject to change base on future changes to the City's fee ordinance or
meter cost. A construction inspection fee of 2% of the cost of private improvements
outside the building footprint and 4% of the cost for public improvements will also need
to be paid prior to construction plan approval.
Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this
