To the best of my knowledge the services available are as follows: WATER There is currently a 12" water line in the west fight-of-way of MacArthur Boulevard. Obviously, your engineering firm would need to evaluate the line in regard to available volume and pressure for your development. Additional fire hydrant protection for this development will have to be in accordance with the City of Coppell Rules and Regulations and as determined by the Fire Marshal. SANITARY SEWER There is currently a 15" sanitary sewer line stubbed out at the southwest comer of the referenced property which flows from east to west underneath MacArthur Boulevard. As always, in the development of the property, your Engineer should determine if the existing utilities available to this site are adequate to serve the proposed development. Sincerely, Michael A.
