This letter is to request your review of a sewer line (Line "C') proposed to serve a portioa of the area
north of Denton Creek recently annexed by CoppeR. The proposed sewer line is to be partially located
in a City of Coppell park adjacent to an existing Lone Star Gas line and a 50' wide casement.
Thc sewer linc we propose will be located in a 20' wide easement and has been ali~ed as to mlnimi~,e
any impact to trees in the park. We request your review of the plans and assistance in obtaining the
proper format for casement exhibits and descriptions.
