Dear Allen:
The "Magnolia tract" is now under contract, and they have contacted
the District ~garding water and sewer facilities for service to
this land. -has also contacted us for this purpose.
You will recall that the District conceived a "master plan" for
providing facilities to all land in the City north of Denton Creek.
The DiStriCt and Vista Ridge entered into a contract based on the
plan in connection with the annexation of the Vista Ridge tract,
and the then Magnolia owners agreed to the same plan. Eowever, the
F.D.I.C foreclosed on the Magnolia tract before the agreement could
be consummated.
Due to the substantial nature of this matter and some changes in
conditions since 1988, including some changes in proposed land-use
for these tracts as we understand it, the District feels it would
be prudent to have a meeting with the City and the current owners
to discuss the matter. Accordingly, it wo~_~_app_re~ated if you
