RE: Villages ar Cononwood Creek. Section VI - Prel:.minarv Utility Plans
1. 12" sewer reconnect to existing 15" needs to be connected wit!~ flow.
2. Proposed eastern lake is proposed to be over existing 15" sewer iine. Either sewer
line or lake need to be relocated.
3. No curt'es in sewers allowed less than 850 toot radius.
4. Street name needs to reflect Lv..x. ton as per the P:anning Departme~::.
5. Landscaping, irrigation, and comn:on area plans need to be submitted as identified in
the subdivision ordinance.
