Wayne Ginn has indicated to me that he has answered all your current questions,
and that your design complying with the current requirements of the City of
Coppell Floodplain Management Ordinance, will now accept the higher discharges
and design base flood elevation for Denton Creek at Denton Tap Road.
Please let me know if there are any other outstanding questions. Ginn, Inc.,
will still be the City of Coppell's Development Review Consultant supporting
this office, even though your future formal submittals will be to this office.
